About Carl
Carl Brooking has 25 years of golfing experience for his pupils to draw upon. His amateur golf career includes representing New Zealand twice at the World Eisenhower Team Golf Championships before he turned professional and spent five years playing on the Australasian PGA Golf Tour.
 
His natural aptitude for the game and ability to relate to a wide variety of people has enabled him to carve out a successful career as both a golf player and coach. 
 
Carl teaches players of all ages and abilites. His coaching services are available at; Russley, Clearwater, Windsor, Tai Tapu, Hororata and Pacific Golf Academy. Carl is the Director of Golf at the International Golf Qualifications (IGQ) Golf School, located at Coringa. He also finds time to be a Canterbury Golf Selector and is actively involved with the coaching and development of Canterbury golf squads, teams, and talented, individual players.
 
While Carl still competes in selected tournaments during the year, he dedicates his time and efforts towards teaching others and inspiring them to reach their golfing potential. Whether you require help with the basic fundamentals or want to fine tune your existing skills, Carl has the tools to help you achieve your goals.
